CHICKEN LOLLIPOP INGREDIENTS:
Raw chicken wings
· 2 pounds chicken wings (about 10 whole wings)
· Vegetable oil for deep frying
· 1/2 cup corn starch
· 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
· 1/2 tsp garlic salt
· 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
· 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
· 3/4 cup cold water
· 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
· ½ cup sesame seeds ( optional )
· Preparation in making chicken Lollipop
· Cut the whole wings into 2 pieces see the image below…
· 1.Mix together the chicken, egg, corn flour, garlic and ginger paste, 1 tsp. salt and add a bit water as well in a bowl, so that the chicken pieces are coated with the batter. Soak the chicken wings for about 1 hour.
· 2. Heat the oil and deep-fry the chicken wings over high heat to begin with and then lower the heat till wings are almost cooked.
· 3. Drain in absorbent paper.
It’s ready! Serve with Salad! Enjoy!
