HELLO AND WELCOME !

I am unique and simple person.

I live my life the way I want it to be and I love making my own decision.

The mob mentality is not for me and I mostly associate with people who will respect my decision.

For me, a large crowd are usually accompanied by too much negativity, backbiting and "It is better to be hated for who I am,than to be loved for who I am not". A

quote by an American songwriter and musician Kurt Donald Cobain.

I'm an explorer, thinker and every blog I've taken on was guided by my curiosity, creativity and understanding.

I use this site just to try as what an American author  Stephen King said: "There's No Harm In Trying   and Hoping for the Best as long as  You're Prepared for the Worst".

I'm constantly changing and what you can see here today might not be here tomorrow!

I hope you enjoyed and learned something new from this site.

SKIN ANTI BACTERIAL AGAINST ESCHERICHIA COLI (the leaves)

THE BENEFITS OF BILIMBI/KAMIAS/AVERRHOA

The sour fruit is a natural source of vitamins B and C, iron, phosphorus and antioxidants.

AMAZING BENEFITS

Its leaves relieve coughing, thrush, haemorrhoids, stings, itches, pimples and skin eruptions.

Averrhoa bilimbi (commonly known as bilimbi, cucumber tree, or tree sorrel) is a fruit-bearing tree of the genus Averrhoa, family Oxalidaceae. It is a close relative of the carambola tree.

The leaves are applied as a paste or poultice on itches, swellings of mumps and rheumatism, and on skin eruption. The leaves have hypoglycaemic and hypolipidemic activities.

The leaves and fruit extract is an effective antibacterial against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aurous and Salmonella enteritis.

The juice from its fruit can be used for household purposes, like cleaning and bleaching. It removes rust and stains.

It can be eaten with salt, soy sauce or sugar. Just as some people relish green mango juice, there are those who enjoy sweetened kamias juice.

BANANA IS GOOD FOR OUR BODY

What is sab-a banana in English?

'Saba' is known in English as SABA, CARDABA, sweet plantain, compact banana, and papaya banana. ... Saba bananas are part of the saba subgroup (ABB), which also includes the very similar 'Cardava' cultivar.

Bananas are also rich in potassium, fiber and natural sugars.

The vitamin C, potassium and other vitamins and minerals bananas contain help to maintain overall good health because the fruit's sugar content is balanced with fiber it helps maintain a healthy blood glucose level.

Boiled saba banana good for diet?

Bananas are healthy and nutritious; there is no doubt about that. They are also high in fiber, but low in calories.

Most bananas have a low to medium hypoglycemic index, and should not cause big spikes in blood sugar levels compared to other high-carb foods.

Should we eat banana empty stomach?

Best known as a super-food, banana satiates hunger and is good for digestion.

Bananas contain high amounts of magnesium and potassium and when eaten empty stomach can imbalance magnesium and potassium levels in our blood.

Bananas are a good source of soluble fiber.

Bananas are also a great source of potassium which is an electrolyte that needs to get replaced when you're dealing with loose bowel movements.

Who should not eat bananas?

Bananas have a hypoglycemic index value of 42–62 depending on their ripeness.

Consuming moderate amounts of bananas should be safe for people with diabetes.

What happens if we eat banana daily?

If you eat dozens of bananas every day there may be a risk of excessively high vitamin and mineral levels.

According to the NIH consuming more than 500 milligrams of vitamin B6 daily can possibly lead to nerve damage in the arms and legs.

WHAT TO EAT DURING CORONA VIRUS SITUATION

You should eat a variety of fresh and unprocessed foods every day to get the vitamins, minerals, dietary fibre, protein and antioxidants your body needs. Drink enough water. Eat fruits, vegetables, legumes (e.g. lentils, beans), nuts and whole grains (e.g. unprocessed maize, millet, oats, wheat, brown rice or starchy tubers or roots such as potato, yam, taro or cassava), and foods from animal sources (e.g. meat, fish, eggs and milk). For snacks, choose raw vegetables and fresh fruit rather than foods that are high in sugar, fat or salt.

PLAN YOUR MEALS

Meal planning for a family, a challenge on its own, can be more so now with seclusion at home, more people to feed with different tastes, and more food stores with limited groceries and shopping times. There’s also the uncertainly of bare shelves, with normal staples of a nutritious diet unavailable, at least temporarily. It’s tempting to buy whatever is available, even if it’s not something that’s part of your normal diet.

Eating well can help you stay healthy and avoid illness. Focus on choosing and enjoying a wide variety of foods from the 5 food groups every day. Healthy eating can boost your quality of life and reduce the risk of infections and diet-related chronic diseases.
